About Lüz Studio

Lüz Studio is a visual design firm that provides integrated services in lighting, set design and video content. Located in Montreal, it serves clients worldwide. Lüz Studio specializes in the performing arts and is recognized for its creative approach to designing a visual package within realistic budget parameters. The team includes nine designers and several specialized contributors.

Lüz Studio has created numerous visual concepts and has built an enviable reputation in all areas of the performing arts. In music, the Studio is responsible for the look of American bands Broken Bells and Foster The People, and has worked with Rufus Wainwright, Adam Cohen, Gregory Charles and Roch Voisine.

In theatre, Lüz worked on the Christmas classic The Nutcracker for the Nevada Ballet Theatre in Las Vegas. In the world of stand-up comedy, its clients include comedians such as Lise Dion, Sugar Sammy and Messmer. The Studio also worked with Rock et Belles Oreilles on the show The Tounes, and contributed to the Francofolies de Montréal and Canadian Music Week. In television, it developed the visual identity for the Gala des Prix Gémeaux and for Célébration, which aired on TVA.
